You can heal your life


One of the best elucidation by American author Louise L.hay in her book titled "You can heal your life" co-related our dis-eases with our thought processes. She pinpoints Anger and fear as the Prime components of human illness. Her book says that just two mental patterns that contribute to dis-eases, Anger & fear in which anger show up as impatience, irritation, frustration, criticism, resentment, jealousy or bitterness. These are all thoughts that poison the body and reflect in the form of ailments. When we release these burdens, all the organs in our body begin to function properly. Fear could be tension, anxiety, nervousness, worry, doubt, insecurity feeling not good enough or unworthiness. We must learn to substitute faith for fear if we are to heal. Faith in what ? Faith in life.

She believes that we live in a "Yes" universe. No matter what we choose to believe or think, the universe always says yes to us. So we want to think and believe that we have the right to be healthy that health is natural to us. These sermons synonymize with epic Ramayan and Bhagwadgita wherein the instances of anger's effect depicted. Every religious doctrines have endorsed this aspect in their  own way . Each and every group  pointed out categorically that they influence and harm human body if not checked timely. She equated in a list of almost all health problems with disturbed thought process and cited examples of altering it to heal.
