We are aware of WiFi. but it has some limitations a new technology is going to replace it very shortly.

What is LiFi ?

LiFi or Light Fidelity is a tech . that uses light emitting diodes to transmit data wirelessly.

It was first demonstrated at a TED talk by German Harald Has.

What are LiFis positives ?

·         A free band that doesn't need licence. Hence it is cheaper than WiFi.

·         10,000 times: The visible light spectrum is larger than the Radio  spectrum.

·         Since optical waves do not pass through walls, this could be used as a means of secured communication.

·         Communications over a very high speed with a theoretical limit of 1GB a second.
