Our country added one more feather in its cap that is 42 percent indian employees come late to their offices or to work place.Some use this as a tool ,some  as habit and some as their birthright. As no boss can rely anymore on these elites.

Those punctuality percentage of various countries like Britain 21 percent. China 20 percent. Germany 9 percent and Japan 7 percent. They found reasons too.

33 percent employees are late due to traffic problem. 18 percent for inclement weather. 14 percent for unable to sleep in time . 6 percent to drop their children at schools. 22 percent due public transport delay.

Whatever may be the excuse bottom line is that we are least bothered about reaching in time. We practice our own time indian time.
