Why me syndrome

History is not lacking in instances of statements that no human being is immune to this menace.our social life councillors sometimes add fuel to it. Their sermons time to time substantiate this notion further. But very few who negotiate it with great valour and overcome astonishingly. Here’s vivid experience. When first black Wimbledon tennis champion Arthur ashe was ill and was confined to bed.He was flooded with wishes and few who visited to give him get well soon cards and flowers, even prayed for his recovery. Some of them consoled him and asked him to pray to Almighty and ask Him why he was chosen to fight with this dreadful disease. ?He replied in this manner. In entire globe 5 crore children play Tennis. 50 lakhs learn to play Tennis,5 lakhs are able to play professional Tennis, out of which 50,000 earn a place in a Team, 500 participate in a Grand Slam events, 50 reaches to Wimbledon, 4 play semifinals, 2 get chance to play Final, when I held the cherished Wimbledon trophy I did not ask the Almighty why I only was given this opportunity:- When you suffer you ask, why me? When you prosper, you never ask Why me?.

Swamy Vivekananda birthday

Swamy Vivekanand (Narendranath Dutta)

Today Nation celebrates birthday of great religious leader Swamy Vivekananda. "Sisters and Brothers of America" these 5 simple words earned him an inexplicable rapture and a standing ovation of 3 minutes. It was attended by more than 7000 leaders. This was Chicago address in World parliament of Religions in September 1893.His propagation of "Wasudeva kutumbakam" explained Indian culture which believe entire universe is our family. If the Whole World is our family then we are related to and have relations with all the occupants of this Universe the very purpose of being is related to People, Animals, Nature and Environment surrounding us . The purpose of existence will get defeated if we don't relate. Our true nationality is Mankind.

My Smart city

My Smart city means very simple and limited. The prerequisites I don't know and unwilling to involve myself in academic rigmarole. I know a smart approach, a smart thinking, a smart vision, a smart planning and a smart implementation may be the need.
India is ranked 136th among 186 countries on HDI (Human Development Index.)
l am ready to compromise with other things than these.
If it has
·         24×7 water supply & electricity.
·         100% Sewerage, Drainage solid waste management facilities.
·         Smart Governance.
·         Smart mobility.
·         Smart Environment.
·         Smart ecology.
·         Smart energy efficiency.
·         Smart hygiene & sanitation.
·         Smart Roads.
·         Not healthy hospitals but hospital for the health care & affordable treatment.
·         And smart administration & with services only.
Though I will remain as I am but my city must be smart enough.

Pennywise pound foolish

Its only one rupee which multiplies into crores without being noticed by common man . It may be to show off that it lowers our dignity.for a mere one rupee no one like to make mountain of a mole hill.but one of my thinkers disclosure surprised me by his airthmatics .most of us leave change when it is less than 5 rupee from the supermarket or from any other shop nearby.but we never imagine how much it matters.
Suppose 500 people visit Bigbazaar daily. No one collects change of one rupee.
500×1 rupee= RS 500.
For 365 days, 500×365 = RS1,82,500
This is from ONE Bigbazaar MARKET.
There are 1500 Bigbazaar markets in the country.
RS 1,82,500×1500 = RS 273,750,000
27crore per year.
& the worst part about this is, IT'S NOT EVEN TAXABLE because the bill doesn't count the one rupee, remember?

Happiest creature

A crow lived in the forest and was absolutely satisfied in life. But one day he saw a swan.
"This swan is so white," he thought, "and I am so black. This swan must be the happiest bird in the world."
He expressed his thoughts to the swan.
"Actually," the swan replied, "I was feeling that I was the happiest bird around until I saw a parrot, which has two Colours. I now think the parrot is the happiest bird in creation."

The crow then approached the parrot. The parrot explained, "I lived a very happy life until I saw a peacock. I have only two colours, but the peacock has multiple colours."
The crow then visited a peacock in the zoo and saw that hundreds of people had gathered to see him. After the people had left, the crow approached the peacock.
"Dear peacock," the crow said, "you are so beautiful. Every day thousands of people come to see you. When people see me, they immediately shoot me away. I think you are the happiest bird on the planet." The peacock replied, "I always thought that I was the most beautiful and happy bird on the planet. But because of my beauty, I am entrapped in this zoo. I have examined the zoo very carefully, and I have realized that the crow is the only bird not kept in a cage. So for past few days I have been thinking that if I were a crow, I could roam everywhere."
we always underestimate our virtue and overestimate others.every happy creature is unhappy in its own way.

Invisibility

Mr. India will be a reality very soon.
Reel thing is about to be real.Indian Scientists have succeeded in developing such substance that could make things vanish.A coat of this substance on a commando's dress will render him/her invisible to others. This was made known at an international conference on Metals and Alloys held at IIT Kanpur.
Prof.K.A.Padmanabhan a Metallurgy scientist who came to participate in the conference, said that the name of the substance that makes things vanish could not be divulged before a global patent is secured for the same. But the substance is very cheap he added . In fact the substance absorbs the light rays that fall on it and so the rays don't get reflected and reach the eye.

Thus things coated with this will become invisible. Wait for its availability.

mouthology

A Professor was traveling by boat. On his way he asked the sailor:
The sailor said no to all his questions.
Professor: What the hell do you know on earth. You will die of illiteracy.
After a while the boat started sinking. The Sailor asked the Professor, do you know swiminology & escapology from sharkology?
The professor said no.
Sailor: "Well, sharkology & crocodilogy will eat your assology, headology & you will dieology because of your mouthology."

Shocking facts of our Liver

Shocking facts of our Liver
Our Liver is the second largest and heaviest organ of our body first being skin which weighs about10.886 kg. liver weighs 1.560 kg. Then brain of 1.263 kg.our liver performs over 500 different functions including fighting off infection and neutralising toxins and helping to clot the blood.

Liver is the only organ that grows back thus making it possible to donate part of their liver to another person. Even if your two third part is removed due to trauma or surgery it will grow back to the original size within four weeks. It is a filtration plant, chemical factory and storage dept. for the body.

LiFi data through light

We are aware of WiFi. but it has some limitations a new technology is going to replace it very shortly.
LiFi: Data Through Light
What is LiFi ?
LiFi or Light Fidelity is a tech . that uses light emitting diodes to transmit data wirelessly.
It was first demonstrated at a TED talk by German Harald Has.
What are LiFis positives ?
·         A free band that doesn't need licence. Hence it is cheaper than WiFi.
·         10,000 times: The visible light spectrum is larger than the Radio  spectrum.
·         Since optical waves do not pass through walls, this could be used as a means of secured communication.
·         Communications over a very high speed with a theoretical limit of 1GB a second.

Users: PUREVLC& Outstanding Technology products are in the market.

Type of learners

Which type of learner you are ?
Worldwide researcher have found that there are 4 types of learners.
In these, kinesthetic learners has a slight edge over other types. A test survey shows their standings in %.but no need to grumble. It is not a conclusion.

Visual Learners
·         Learners they tend to be fast talkers may even interrupt.
·         Learn by seeing like charts, Maps and diagrams etc.
·         Need quiet study time may think in pictures.
·         Take detailed note.
·         Like to sit at front row in the classroom.
For them is easy -Diagrams, reading maps and essays and anything in which process is shown.
They  dislike -to listen and respond test.
Suggested is -Draw or outline the information you need to remember.
Copy what is on the board.
Diagram sentences.
Take notes and make list.
Colour code, highlight, circles and underline words in your notes.
This is enough for today.

Auditory learners:
1) Tend to speak slowly, can explain things well.
2) Tend to be natural listeners.
3) Tend to repeat things aloud.
4) Think linearly.
5) Read slowly.
6) Prefer to hear rather  than read information.
Suggestion:
·         Use word association to remember facts & lines.
·         Record lectures and watch videos.
·         Repeat facts with eye closed.
·         Participate in group discussions.
·         Record notes after writing them.
Good at: writing responses to lectures they have heard; oral exams.
Bad at: reading passages and writing answers in timed tests.
Kinesthetic learners:
1) tend to be slow talkers.
2) learn by doing and solving life problems.
3) like hands on approaches, gestures.
4) can't sit still for long. Get fidgety.
5) takes break when studying.
6) suffer from short attention spans.
Suggestion:
·         Study in short blocks
·         Take lab classes.
·         Go on field trips.
·         Study with others.
·         Use memory games & flashcards to memorize facts.
Good at: short definitions, fill ins, multiple choice.
Worst at: long essays, tests.

Read & write learners:
Prefers to learn by reading everything and memorize it. They combine all these but there is no specific single form they adopt.

Most of the learners learning patterns:
·         10% by reading.
·         20% by hearing.
·         30% by seeing.
·         50% by seeing & hearing.
·         70% by what we discuss.
·         80% by what we experience.
·         95% of what we teach to others.

late comers in office

Our country added one more feather in its cap that is 42 percent indian employees come late to their offices or to work place. Some use this as a tool ,some  as habit and some as their birthright. As no boss can rely anymore on these elites.
Next comes Brazil with 26 percent.some countries use sacking as their solution. Some reward and appreciate those who are punctual.one agency named Carrier builder has surveyed 9 countries worldwide and submitted this data .France  and Russia adopt termination from job. They also monitor who reach office in time. Those punctuality percentage of various countries like Britain 21 percent. China 20 percent. Germany 9 percent and Japan 7 percent. They found reasons too.
33 percent employees are late due to traffic problem. 18 percent for inclement weather. 14 percent for unable to sleep in time . 6 percent to drop their children at schools. 22 percent due public transport delay.
Whatever may be the excuse bottom line is that we are least bothered about reaching in time. We practice our own time indian time.

We don't know what we know

We don't know what we know,
We don't know what we don't know, admit it.or agree it.It is practical and proven reality.when we say that it was very difficult but I could crack the secret. So many riddles we come across during our life journey.in At a glance they appear to be impossible for you but when you attempt it becomes easier and finally you say eureka ! Ooh I have done it. This is what the meaning you don't know, what you know . We are cynical and full of doubt about  our own potential or capabilities unless we make any  effort to check it.
We think we know things, but we don't know that we don't actually know them. You see a rock and think you know you can move it, but when you try, you discover you didn't know it was too heavy. A student thinks they know the math lesson until the test reveals they don't know it at all. We think we know how to swim until we jump in deep water and realize we don't know how to handle the waves. A driver thinks they know the way home until they get lost and understand they didn't really know the route. We think we know our friends well, but then they surprise us with news we never expected, proving we didn't know them as deeply as we believed. Someone looks at a broken phone and thinks they know how to fix it, but when they open it up, they discover they don't know anything about the inside. We walk through life believing we know what we're doing, what we can handle, and what's true—but the moment we actually try, we find out we didn't know at all.
Hence find out what you know and not.

Computer Bytes

How data in computer is stored ?.how disk space can be checked?. we encounter problems of space in mobiles computers, pendrives and other computer devices.some times we have to delete some files to enable any data to store.
If one can check how much available space you have and how much your new file/folder require one can do this if you pay a little attention while downloading or uploading anything.it gives size . 1 Byte could be equal to one character. 10 Bytes could be equal to a word. 100 Bytes would equal an average sentence.1 Kilobyte would be equal to this paragraph you are reading,
whereas 100 Kilobytes would equal an entire page.1.44 MB floppy is sufficient to store 12 to13 Novels of James hadley chase practically. This can give you an idea that in 1 Gigabyte space one can carry almost a mobile library of more than 12,000 books. Now you  can imagine how big is this small wonder.for academic purpose
. 4 Bit = Nibble
· 8 Bits = 1 Byte
· 1024 Bytes =     1 Kilobyte
· 1024 Kilobytes =  1 Megabyte
· 1024 Megabytes = 1 Gigabyte
· 1024 Gigabytes =  1 Terabyte
· 1024 Terabytes =  1 Petabyte
· 1024 Petabytes =  1 Exabyte
· 1024 Exabytes =  1 Zettabyte
· 1024 Zettabytes = 1 Yottabyte
· 1024 Yottabytes = 1 Brontobyte
· 1024 Brontobytes = 1 Geopbyte
What After that wait............

Julious Paul Assange

Julian Paul Assange is a well known name in investigative and ethical hacking. Born on 3rd July 1971 in Townsville Queensland Australia. His name Assange came to him from his step father his biological father's name was John Shipton.and he could meet him only when he was 25.
His  childhood was so much disrupted that he attended 37 schools. He was shifted 30 times, before he turned 14 years which is not a normal in any case. Officially enrolled in only 12 schools.as his parents ran a touring theatre company. In Australian university there are only four passing grade system like "pass" "credit" "merit" "distinction" and "high distinction".In most of his Maths courses he received pass grade (50-65) percent.
He started a BSc (Bachelor of Science) degree studying Physics, pure Mathematics and briefly Philosophy Neuroscience. But he didn't graduate, instead he took up research because his other mates joined in U.S. Dept. Of Defence projects called DARPA which ( Defence Advanced Research Project Agency ) develops  new technology for Millitary .
At 16 he began hacking under the name of "Mendex".He wrote couple of books for newbies on hacking which climbed up high on the best sellers list.he authored books " Underground", "Tales of hacking and obsession", and "Madness" in electronic frontier. When he made electronic edition  freely available in 2001 on site Slashdot, the server housing the book crashed due to the overwhelming demand. It reached 400,000 downloads with in 2 years.
Whatever circumstancial adversaries he negotiated in this journey can any commoner think of coming out of such whirlpool and achieve incredible aptitude ?.Can anyone in his full sense venture to do research being a dropout ?.how many of us attain such maturity to dream of such invisible tasks ?.how many of us pursue further in  studies.when shifted of and on from one school to other like nomads.it is he and he only Julian Paul Assange could. Can we dare to emulate or imitate his struggle and achieve any feat in our life.

Where we are heading ?

Where we are heading ?.

One of the umpteen creations by Almighty in this Universe is humans. While doing this he took special care hence He bestowed ungovernable intelligence, unconfined imagination power and unimprisioned talent. And due to these extras  he/she is  able to trespass other's citadels as per their need. No organism or living thing has the ability to act or function independently than this elite owns.He ordained birds to fly in the sky giving feathers to them. He made several aquatic animals giving them sea, rivers, ponds, lake ,well and area wherever water exists as their bastion. His creation includes mighty animals, poisonous reptiles, insects, pests etc.to be on surface. He allotted and planted food for all these species on this land. But this two legged social animal with given qualities has outsmarted all the species designed and sent with specific tasks. He transgressed on every areas of innumerable various beings.he intruded on others fort-let and captured their water air and land including their nature.his quest of knowing things has become infinite. He made aeroplanes to fly like birds ,helicopters to hop every where. He made himself to swim like aquatic animals, built ships to travel sea routes. His exploration still in continuation for other planets too. Hence we are the most fortunates creations on this universe, but while doing this we acquired numerous animal qualities which we started applying on fellow humans. God never dreamt that his brainchild will backfire this way. We became stinger, poisonous like snake, kill humans like savage beast. Become ferocious, barbaric, brutish, wild, bestial and crooked so on and so forth. similes are added on daily basis hence it is impossible to write and make a list.

Good habits

Those who are detailed in public contact and public  interaction tasks like bank cash dispencing staff , a passport distribution personnel, railway travel ticket vender, corporation tax collector or your driving licence agents sometimes behave like they are demigods.no one argues with him/her .Assigning them for public reception or dealing with masses job is always questionable. Still They are there irrespective of their behaviour may be because of their integrity unmatched.their honesty

and dedication towards their job is unchallenged.  The bottom line is your few bad properties can hide behind your good traits. If your intentions are noble no matter people like or loath your ideal and attitude,  you retain that habit.the very people will correct their judgement very quickly and applaud your attitude with flowers and bouquets.

you can heal your life

One of the best elucidation by American author Louise L.hay in her book titled "You can heal your life" co-related our dis-eases with our thought process. She pinpoints Anger and fear as the Prime components of human illness.her book says that just two mental patterns that contribute to dis-eases, Anger & fear in which anger  show up as impatience, irritation, frustration, criticism, resentment, zealousy or bitterness. These are all thoughts that poison the body and reflect in the form of ailments.  When we release these burdens, all the organs in our body begin to function properly. Fear could be tension, anxiety, nervousness, worry, doubt, insecurity feeling not good enough or unworthiness. We must learn to substitute faith for fear if we are to heal.Faith in what ? Faith in life. She believes that we live in a "Yes" universe. No matter what we choose to believe or think, the universe always says yes to us.

So we want to think and believe that we have the right to be healthy that health is natural to us.these sermons synonymize with epic Ramayan and Bhagwadgita wherein the instances of anger's effect depicted.Every religious doctrines have endorsed in their  own way . Each and every group  pointed out categorically that they influence and harm human body if not checked timely.she equated in a list of almost all health problems with disturbed thought process and cited examples of altering it to heal.

Indian creativity and innovative ideas

I want to thank all my friends who have forwarded chain messages to me since last three years and  still continuing..India is one of the most advanced country when we talk of use of any product and innovating ideas. It is known for creativity beyond human capacity. Which emerge  from not hitech IITans or IT professionals but from very low profile street corner poor engineers too.Every indian is a born engineer, scientist and researcher. He rarely use megaphone to convey this but believe in actions in telling time. We  are so much emotionally connected to living things as well as non - living things that we don't want to part with them. This attachment inspire his or her sleeping engineer or scientist to create or innovate so that that item can be in use again for different task.we reject intoto Japanese system use and throw concept.Even the original producer never know how modified version of his brainchild is in use in India. And it altogether endorse the phrase necessity is the mother of all inventions. If venture to see his product he will certainly salute us and will learn  what he needs to do and how his product can be used and what are the Indian test conditions and requirements. We have the inherited tinkering habit which allow us to essay before surrender. We know there is no scale on the Earth which can measure the human imaginations. We are pioneer in usage and after usage of any product or space or waste. We have outsmarted technicians and technology in the pursuit of repairs. The next one is even terrible

What happened with whatsapp and Facebook social media chain messages.
I stopped eating the tasty kurkure after I heard that it has plastic in it.
I stopped going to movies for fear of sitting on a needle infected with Aids.
Forwarded hundreds of messages but still waiting for free balance.
I smell like a rotten egg since i stopped using deo's because they cause cancer.
I also donated all my savings to a 7 year old poor girl who was about to die in hospital about 700 times.
Made 100 wishes before forwarding God's pictures & etc by now most of those 'wishes' are already married.
I have stopped drinking Frooti as every six-months, one worker having AIDS dies in the Parle factory & his blood gets mixed in the Frooti.
Every week Chairman & X & Y  Director of Whatsapp send SMS to forward to 8 person in contact list if not my whatsapp will be charged or Icon will not become Blue. I have not forwarded sms, still my whatsapp is FOC (free of cost).
If I don't take Your calls sometime, assume that my mobile is charging & I fear getting Burnt if I talk when mobile is charging. Because very alternate days it is fixed somebody died of this as informed in chain SMS.
Now if you don't send this message to your friends in next 10 seconds, a Coconut will Fall on Your Head tomorrow.
Last week one message I received  that if I send a link to 10 persons then I will be given free iPhone 6 . I sent link to no less than 51 but I couldn't give my shipping address I failed miserably in every attempt to post my address. Perhaps it may lying in the ship for want of my address.
one boy whose missing whatapp photo was circulated for 1 year even after he returned back next day.
Now the trend is increasing and is on test of the users now the latest offers is
Whatsapp is giving AI service as agent for anything you want or ask anything it will answer you.

Dhirubhai Ambani

He started his carrier with A Besse and Company at the age of 16, for a salary of Rs.300/-.He returned to India in 1962 and with a capital investment of Rs1500/-, he started Reliance Commercial Corporation. The primary business was to import polyester and export spices.Later in 1966, he started his first textile mill at Naroda, Ahmedabad which was branded as"Vimal".In India, He pioneered idea of equity shares in 1977. RIPO was his brainchild. He always said "think big, Think fast, Think ahead  .ideas are no one's monopoly".He diversified his business into IT, energy, power, telecoms. Infrastructure, capital markets and logistics.During his time, Reliance had annual turnover of Rs 75,000 crores. How many of us can have such vision, tenacity to believe that one can build an empire of 75,000 crores with a meagre  1500/- Rs capital investment. He sacrificed his youth,  rejoicing period of his life , only to accomplish his goal make in india. and for India. Great entrepreneur and great industrialist late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani

Indian habit

How to make cleanliness as indian habit.
It is evident merely depending on Govt. Is not going to solve any purpose. We as an ardent citizen of this country should also join the movement.Japan has also faced this menace before change of their mindset. They started 5S as solution to this garbage monster. We are customised not to accept change even if it is meant for our own betterment.
5 s is a Japanese housekeeping concept which results cleanliness. It should be taught in schools from where we can imbibe what is 5S. In industry it is very well in practice.
SEIRI means sorting in Japanese.
SEITON means systematizing.
SEISO  means cleaning.
SEIKETSU means standardizing.
SHITSUKE means self discipline.

Hence choice is ours ,we want to remove tag of dirty indians or defend it.

MRP jargon

CM PC says he will take action against those who sell at more than MRP. MRP itself is baffling. How this pricing is done . ? What parameter they follow. ?who gives those parameters. And finally who audits ? Justify the MRP . Can anyone who is responsible to control such menace ? Or the consumer to find ways means to curb this is it still chalata hai chalega ?

Indian consumers are very rich. PM says poor country. country may be poor but country men are rich .We do bargain on every purchase. But least bothered about MRP. There is no relevance on COP and SP.in electronics goods you can make purchases at less than 50 percent of MRP.
