YOU ARE PRICELESS TO THOSE WHO LOVE YOU

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20 bill. In the room of

200, he asked, “Who would like this $20 bill?” Hands started going up. He said,

“I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this.” He proceeded to

crumple up the $20 bill. He asked, “Who still wants it?” Still hands were up in the air.

“Well, what if I do this?” He dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the

floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty and asked, “Who still

wants it?” Still hands went up into the air.

My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what was done to

the money, it was still wanted because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth

$20. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled and ground into the dirt by the decisions

we make and the circumstances that come our way. We may feel as though we are worthless.

But no matter what has happened or will happen, you will never lose your value: dirty or clean,

crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who love you.

Beautiful life lesson no complicated anecdotes.

For transforming of minds which has ocean of negativity of the world

Exercise or do practice and comment if these tools to alter minds for building confidence, reducing negativity, and supporting emotional healing.

Believable and effective affirmations are positive statements crafted to feel personally realistic, specific, and emotionally resonant, helping to gradually reshape a person’s mindset and behavior. Crafting affirmations that truly work involves several mindful steps.

Focus on One Area: Pick a specific aspect of life or emotional challenge you want to improve, such as confidence, self-worth, or stress.

Keep it Present and Positive: Phrase affirmations in present tense, as if the desired change is already happening (e.g., “I am becoming more confident every day”).

Make It Credible: Choose words and goals that seem attainable from your current mindset. If a big goal feels unbelievable, start with smaller steps that you can genuinely accept (e.g., instead of “I am completely happy,” try “I am learning to find moments of happiness”).

Be Specific and Personal: Tailor affirmations to your actual situation, needs, and dreams. The more personal and precise, the more motivating and believable it will be.

Use Empowering Language: Avoid negatives and focus on growth, kindness, or self-compassion (e.g., “I always try my best and that is enough”).

Go Neutral if Needed: When positive statements feel too far-fetched, use neutral affirmations to bridge the gap, such as “I am doing my best every day” or “It’s okay to feel this way while I keep moving forward”.

Practical Examples

“I am taking small, positive steps each day towards my goals.”

“I am worthy of respect and kindness.”

“Each day, I recognize my strengths a little more.”

“I am open to learning and growing through challenges.”

“It’s okay to take time to heal; I am patient with myself.”

“My efforts are valuable, and I make a difference.”

Daily Affirmation Practice

Repeat affirmations regularly—ideally every morning and night.

Write them down in journals or place visible reminders on sticky notes.

Adjust statements over time as your belief grows and circumstances change.

By following these steps and making affirmations personal and realistic, their effectiveness increases significantly for building confidence, reducing negativity, and depressions.

Auto suggestions are positive statements or phrases that a person repeats to themselves, aiming to transform negative thoughts and beliefs into constructive, confident, and healthy mindsets. When used regularly, auto suggestions can help change subconscious beliefs, making them a widely recommended tool in positive thinking, self-help, and motivational practices, especially for those experiencing depression or low confidence.

What Are Auto Suggestions?

Auto suggestion is the mental technique of intentionally repeating positive phrases to oneself so that these thoughts gradually become beliefs embedded in the subconscious mind. The process involves:

Choosing specific areas to improve (like confidence or mood).

Crafting believable, positive sentences.

Repeating these affirmations daily until the mind starts accepting and acting upon them.

How Do Auto Suggestions Work?

Repetition: Regularly repeating supportive phrases helps overwrite old, negative thought patterns with new, empowering ones.

Believability: Phrases must be realistic and believable for the person.

Routine: Making it part of daily routines, such as morning or bedtime, increases effectiveness and consistency.

Positive Focus: Shifting the mind’s focus away from faults or failures to strengths and possibilities promotes resilience and self-esteem.

Auto Suggestion Examples for Depression & Low Confidence

Here are some practical auto suggestions that can help transform a person’s mindset and boost their self-confidence when feeling low or depressed:

“Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and better.”

“I am capable of handling anything that comes my way.”

“I am worthy of love, respect, and happiness.”

“I am stronger than my challenges and wiser than my doubts.”

“Mistakes are learning opportunities, not failures.”

“I am learning and growing with each challenge I face.”

“My confidence is growing every day.”

“I am proud of what makes me unique.”

“My present mood does not define my future.”

“I choose to focus on what I can control and let go of what I can’t.”

Daily Practice Tips

Repeat each auto suggestion 10–20 times each morning and night.

Use a counting string with knots (as described in motivational manuals) to keep track and bring focus.

Write them down in a journal or on sticky notes.

Adjust sentences so they feel personal and believable.

Pair these with self-care actions like connecting with positive people, being active, and practicing creative hobbies.

When practiced consistently, these auto suggestions can help reduce negative thinking, empower self-esteem, and support recovery from depressive moods. Try and create own belief system.

A Pound of Butter

There was a farmer who sold a pound of butter to the baker.

One day the baker decided to weigh the butter to see if he was getting a pound and he found that he was not. This angered him and he took the farmer to court.

The judge asked the farmer if he was using any measure. The farmer replied "Your Honour, I am primitive. I don't have a proper measure, but I do have a scale." The judge asked, "Then how do you weigh the butter?" The farmer replied "Your Honor, long before the baker started buying butter from me, I have been buying a pound loaf of bread from him. Every day when the baker brings the bread, I put it on the scale and give him the same weight in butter. If anyone is to be blamed, it is the baker."

What is the moral of the story?

"We get back in life what we give to others."

Whenever you take an action, ask yourself this question: Am I giving fair value for the wages or money I hope to make? Honesty and dishonesty become a habit. Some people practice dishonesty and can lie with a straight face. Others lie so much that they don't even know what the truth is anymore. But who are they deceiving? Themselves.

Every Happy Man Is Unhappy in His Own Way

Every Happy Man Is Unhappy in His Own Way

We live in an age where people are happy, but at the same time, they create their own unhappiness by comparing, competing, and overthinking. Most of it is unreasonable—and quite funny if you observe carefully. Psychologists call it the 80/20 rule of unhappiness: 80% of our misery comes from 20% of wrong inferences.

Some trending, real-life instances:

A man is happy with his 5-year-old scooter until his neighbour buys a new one after scrapping his rusted, almost-dead scooter. Suddenly, the old-but-good scooter feels “outdated.”

A boy proudly buys the latest iPhone. But within 2 months, Apple announces the next model. Happiness gone—phone is still new, but ego feels “old.”

A woman is happy with her life until she reads a WhatsApp forward about “drinking hot water prevents 99 diseases.” Now she panics daily if her water is even slightly cold.

One family enjoys a trip to Goa. But when their cousin uploads Switzerland photos on Instagram, suddenly Goa feels “cheap.

A man is happy lifting 10 kg dumbbells until the guy next to him casually picks up 25 kg. Same muscles, less confidence.

A couple is happy booking a decent hall for their daughter’s wedding—until relatives whisper that another family booked a 5-star hotel. Celebration turns into silent shame.

An employee is happy with his bonus, but then he sees his school friend post about getting a bigger bonus abroad. His joy converts instantly into “What am I doing with my life?”

A lady is thrilled she got 20% off during a sale. The next day she sees her friend bought the same thing at 50% off. Discount joy replaced by discount jealousy.

A man loves his new sedan until his colleague arrives in an SUV. He still drives comfortably, but his mind drives him crazy.

A girl is happy when her photo gets 300 likes. Then she checks her friend’s post—800 likes. Her smile vanishes, though nothing in her real life has changed.

A family is happy on the 5th floor of their building. When their neighbour buys a flat on the 10th floor with a “better view,” suddenly their balcony feels ordinary.

Parents are happy with their child’s 90% marks—until they hear another child got 95%. The joy of learning disappears in the race of numbers.

A man is happy watching his favourite series. But when colleagues discuss a new trending show, he feels left out and unhappy that he’s “behind.”

A person happily eats biryani every Sunday. Then he meets a friend who talks about “keto diet.” Suddenly, biryani feels like poison.

A family is happy with their Diwali lights until the neighbour puts up a brighter, more colourful setup. Suddenly, their home looks “dull” in their own eyes.

These examples show the irony of modern life: happiness is often stolen not by real problems, but by unnecessary comparisons, social media illusions, and silly one-upmanship.

We are happy with what we have—until we look at what others have.

Our Mindset alteration do unexpected wonders as miracles

A Short Story on Self Confidence
There was a business executive who was deep in debt and could see no way out.
Creditors were closing in on him. Suppliers were demanding payment. He sat on the park bench, head in hands, wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy.
Suddenly an old man appeared before him. “I can see that something is troubling you,” he said.
After listening to the executive’s woes, the old man said, “I believe I can help you.”
He asked the man his name, wrote out a check, and pushed it into his hand saying, “Take this money. Meet me here exactly one year from today, and you can pay me back at that time.”
Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come.
The business executive saw in his hand a check for $500,000, signed by John D. Rockefeller, then one of the richest men in the world!
“I can erase my money worries in an instant!” he realized. But instead, the executive decided to put the uncashed check in his safe. Just knowing it was there might give him the strength to work out a way to save his business, he thought.
With renewed optimism, he negotiated better deals and extended terms of payment. He closed several big sales. Within a few months, he was out of debt and making money once again.
Exactly one year later, he returned to the park with the uncashed check. At the agreed-upon time, the old man appeared. But just as the executive was about to hand back the check and share his success story, a nurse came running up and grabbed the old man.
“I’m so glad I caught him!” she cried. “I hope he hasn’t been bothering you. He’s always escaping from the rest home and telling people he’s John D. Rockefeller.”
And she led the old man away by the arm.
The astonished executive just stood there, stunned. All year long he’d been wheeling and dealing, buying and selling, convinced he had half a million dollars behind him.
Suddenly, he realized that it wasn’t the money, real or imagined, that had turned his life around. It was his newfound self-confidence that gave him the power to achieve anything he went after.

World Yoga Day

 World Yoga day

Its really amazing to read daily that yoga day has taken a political turn.and every one irrespective of any idea about this exercise butting in and throwing their opinions. Is this fitness essay so intriguing?.or so significant issue to opt or not.A nationwide nonsensical nonstop debate 24x7 is going on in every channel.what is yoga an option to keep your body flexible and fit if somebody don't want to use this leave him or her.Why this has turned as national or religious problem.most of the west is trying to ape this culture, these antagonists are trying their best to tell the world fraternity that they are dunces. These blokes if any doctor ask them any physiotherapy movement as exercise they will die but will not accede to because it may be forbidden by their religion. Most cancer patients follow this rigorously as no other option. Are they wrong ? It has proved by worldwide dieticians. These are highly educated illiterates whose sole objective is to mislead the people in the name of religion or colour.Everyone is aware of Sunrays health effect.migraine patients can get rid of ailment if they see the early morning Sun.Eyes can also be cured if just half an hour daily practice is maintained. And for other benefits do any doctor need to educate these pupils?.some fundamentalists even dont believe in science .why solar energy. In generating positive attitude some scholars say thank to your bed for giving you good sleep, why thank bed? .It is non living thing. These people are those who dont follow what is written in their holy book but argue with megaphone on those things which are nowhere texted in those sacred books.Asthama patients are given live fish to cure  do they have any record that vegetarians don't take that fish as they are vegans. In village most of the treatments are done by quacks. These medicines no one has any clue from which they are made of ,but religion never made any hindrance to their practice and belief. Are they more broad and progressive in mindset then urban urchins?.It appears education is narrowing our vistas and our fancy. Is it going to make any difference if some section of the society don't join to celebrate this Yoga.leave them don't beg them.Yoga don't require any likes or fan following its fans are in ascending order.not from today but much more than you and I borned. When entire globe is ready to accept gracefully sans political motive then few thousand disagree to associate give them choice to choose and it hardly matters if they don't. Those who used or still rely on it are unwilling to connect with religion; they only knew it for better health as a form of physical exercise it has hardly any connection with religion.

The Power in Your Pocket

How "Saving is Earning" Can Reshape Your Life

The Power in Your Pocket: How "Saving is Earning" Can Reshape Your Life

We often think of earning money as something that happens at work, a reward for hours logged. But what if one of the most powerful ways to increase your wealth is by changing how you think about the resources you already have? The principle of "Saving is Earning" is a timeless truth that has found new relevance in our modern lives.

Think about the shift from cash to digital payments. When salaries were paid in physical cash, it was easy to spend the entire amount. With online banking, we tend to withdraw money in round figures, leaving a small surplus in our accounts. This leftover amount, often untouched, becomes an unintentional saving, quietly growing month after month. This simple change in habit reveals a powerful secret: small, conscious acts of saving are a form of earning.

This principle extends far beyond your bank account. It applies to every resource we use daily, from the fuel in our cars to the water in our homes. By becoming mindful of our consumption, we can turn waste into wealth and scarcity into security.

The Hidden Costs Draining Your Wallet

The small, habitual wastes in our daily routines may seem insignificant, but their cumulative financial impact is staggering. Take for Instance 80% Mobile users do not switch off the charger placed switch resulting battery on continuous supply then Geysers washing machines etc off course now auto off equipments are in the market. Then overhead water tanks in houses and apartments where one is over flow of water second is electricity waste and third if that water is going on the streets making inconvenience to commuters. There are preventive equipments, trips at certain time interval it stops are there to prevents but most of them are not followed sincerely.

The Idling Drain: That 100-second stop at a traffic light feels brief, but leaving your engine running is like burning money. An average car consumes about 0.6 liters of fuel per hour while idling. A stop of just 100 seconds can waste up to 25 ml of fuel. If you hit five such signals on your daily commute, you could be wasting dozens of liters of fuel every year, costing you thousands of rupees for literally going nowhere. Modern engines are built for it; it takes more fuel to idle for more than 10 seconds than it does to restart the engine.

The Water Waste: The average Indian household uses about 135 liters of water per person per day for activities like bathing (55 liters) and flushing (30 liters). However, this is just the standard. In many urban homes, consumption can be much higher. A single dripping tap can waste thousands of gallons a year, and letting the water run while brushing your teeth or washing dishes adds up to a significant, unnecessary expense on your utility bills.

From Waste to Wealth: Lessons from Around the World

Recognizing these costs is the first step. The next is realizing the power we have to change it. Many nations have successfully embedded a culture of conservation through public awareness and smart regulation.

Germany, for example, takes resource waste very seriously.

No Unnecessary Idling: It is illegal to let your car engine run unnecessarily under the Federal Emission Control Act. Violators face fines of around €80, sending a clear message that wasting fuel and polluting the air has a direct cost.

A National Water Strategy: Germany has a forward-thinking National Water Strategy that treats water as a precious resource to be protected for future generations. The policy focuses on precaution, holding polluters accountable, and, crucially, raising public awareness. Similarly food waste in hotels, restaurants or in public places even if you pay for is not acceptable.it is deemed as national property and for wasting such is punishable crime if complaint is lodged by any citizens.

These policies work because they are supported by a public that understands the value of conservation. This is a mindset we can all adopt.

Feeling empowered comes from taking control. Adopting a "saving is earning" mindset is not about sacrifice; it's about making smarter, more efficient choices that benefit you and the world around you. Here is what is needed to amplify this movement:

Widespread Awareness Campaigns: The missing link is often a lack of awareness. We need engaging public campaigns that make the costs of waste tangible. Imagine campaigns like "Water-Wise Homes" that offer practical tips for reducing consumption or initiatives that gamify saving, making it a community challenge. Successful campaigns often use powerful storytelling, like videos showing the real-world impact of water scarcity on communities, to create an emotional connection.

Education from a Young Age: The most lasting change starts with the next generation. Integrating conservation education into school curricula, with interactive presentations and activities, can build a lifelong conservation ethic from an early age.

Community-Led Initiatives: Change is more powerful when it's a collective effort. Local events like river clean-ups, tree-planting drives, and workshops on sustainable living can bring communities together and create visible, positive change. This fosters a sense of shared responsibility and pride.

Celebrate Conservation: We need to shift the narrative. Instead of viewing conservation as a chore, let's celebrate it as an intelligent and empowering lifestyle. Highlighting success stories—of individuals saving significant money, of communities restoring local ecosystems—can inspire others to join the movement.

By embracing the simple but profound idea that "saving is earning," you unlock a new sense of agency in your life. Every time you turn off an engine, fix a leak, or unplug a device, you are not just saving a resource; you are actively earning. You are paying yourself first, building a more secure financial future, and contributing to a healthier planet. The power to create this change is, quite literally, in your hands.

The power of positive thinking and our subconscious mind

"The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Dr. Joseph Murphy teaches that the subconscious mind is a powerful force steering our lives through beliefs, thoughts, and feelings. Whatever thoughts, beliefs, and images we plant in it—whether positive or negative—get accepted as truth and reflected back as experiences, habits, health, and circumstances. By consciously feeding it positive, confident, and constructive ideas, one can transform habits, improve health, achieve success, and solve difficulties. . The conscious mind is the “thinking” mind, while the subconscious is the “doing” mind, always working beneath the surface. If we feed it fear, doubt, and worry, it produces failure and illness. But if we nurture it with faith, confidence, gratitude, and constructive ideas, it leads to success, healing, and happiness. The book emphasizes that our subconscious accepts what we repeatedly believe as true, whether good or bad, and acts accordingly, shaping our reality. Through visualization, affirmations, and faith, anyone can reprogram this inner mind to remove fear, doubt, and negativity and replace them with peace, confidence, and creative power. Essentially, it shows how understanding and harnessing the subconscious mind’s abilities enables personal transformation and fulfilment of goals in all aspects of life.

Excerpts from Louise L.Hay a book “You can heal your life” says If a thought or belief does not serve you let it go. There is no written law that says that because you once believed something you have to continue to believe it forever. Some limiting beliefs and from where they come from.”I am not good enough” from where it came from: a father who repeatedly told him he was stupid.” lack of self love” trying to win daddy's approval. ”life is dangerous” A frightened father or mother.”I am not good enough” again being abandoned and ignored. It would be very easy to blame our parents and be victims for the rest of our lives. Here is present situation we cant wait and stuck there, we have to find our own way to come out of our stuck position. Those people who did all these terrible things to us were just as frightened and scared as you are. They were doing what they were taught. No body is perfect everyone knows. Now we are all here to transcend our early limitation.

On the same “The power of positive thinking” and “Tough time never lasts, Tough people do” by best Worldwide known author Norman Vincent Peale too emphasizes  success in life comes not from avoiding hardships but from facing them with courage, faith, and resilience. When we choose optimism over fear, action over self-pity, and persistence over defeat, we turn obstacles into stepping stones. By holding on to hope, nurturing gratitude, and believing that challenges are temporary, we grow stronger with every trial. Remember—tough times will fade, but your toughness will carry you to success.

Slow and steady still wins the race

“Slow and steady wins the race.” For centuries, this simple line served as reassurance that patience and persistence would prevail over haste. Yet the proverb now faces its hardest test. Moore’s Law, artificial intelligence, and digital innovation are propelling society at a pace faster than most of us can comprehend. This is no longer a hare-and-tortoise parable. It is a question of how human beings can survive a world that seems to run on sprint speed while we can only walk.

Technology today evolves faster than our ability to adapt. Every two years, processing power doubles, AI models leap forward, and industries reconfigure themselves. Smartphones, cars, homes, and even our social lives are shaped by this relentless acceleration. In such a world, does steadiness still have a place? The answer is yes, because speed alone does not guarantee progress.

Take the case of gadgets. Each smartphone season unleashes dazzling new devices with cameras that rival cinema, memory that can store lifetimes, and design meant to dazzle. Many sprint to buy the latest, fearing irrelevance. Yet, the steady user who changes devices only when needed enjoys equal functionality without financial strain or mental fatigue. Running fast in the gadget race often only means running in circles.

Nowhere is this frenzy clearer than in education. Across India and much of the world, campuses resemble five-star resorts. Gleaming auditoriums, air-conditioned classrooms, and state-of-the-art labs consume massive public spending. But when graduates emerge unemployable, without skills, without fundamentals, the glamour reveals its emptiness. True education is not about sprinting towards brand or infrastructure. It is the tortoise’s patience: careful teaching, deep learning, and sustained mentoring. Without steady foundations, technology and money cannot create capable citizens.

The hospital sector offers a similar paradox. Today, hospitals advertise like luxury hotels, corporate interiors, cutting-edge machines, wellness packages. Yet the patient remains just that: a patient. Faster scans and shinier beds do not assure faster healing. What cures illness is steady care, consistent monitoring, and the patience of a doctor or nurse. In the rat race of healthcare branding, the simple truth remains: slow and steady compassion does more than flashy speed.

Even in professional life, speed dazzles but steadiness sustains. Engineers and IT workers often scramble to chase every emerging AI tool or coding framework. In the rush to keep up with speed itself, many end up confused, fatigued, or obsolete. Meanwhile, professionals who slowly but steadily master fundamentals adapt more gracefully to waves of change. The hare burns out; the tortoise adapts and endures.

The same lesson shines in health and lifestyle. Diet apps, crash programs, and intense gyms promise quick fixes. But health, like wisdom, is never instant. The steady walker, the mindful eater, the disciplined sleeper, these are the ones who enjoy long-term fitness. Technology may speed up data, but it cannot accelerate the slow biology of growth and healing.

Finance provides perhaps the clearest proof. Hares of the stock market sprint after highs, chasing trends and tips to outsmart rivals. But more often than not, they trip over volatility. The tortoise investor, who steadily saves and invests month after month, builds unshakable wealth. Patience and compounding quietly outpace the chaos of short-term speculation.

So, does “slow and steady wins the race” still hold true in the 21st century? The evidence suggests not only that it survives, but that it matters more now than ever. Speed dazzles us with gadgets, campuses, and glossy hospitals. Yet behind the shine lies a hollowness. Steadiness, on the other hand, builds resilience, not Instagram appeal, but real value.

The world may sprint ahead with AI and machines. But human beings win not by running faster than technology, rather by moving steadily, wisely, and sustainably. The hare may rule the sprint, but the tortoise still wins the civilization.

Your money or your life by Vicki Robin

"Your Money or Your Life" by Vicki Robin,

The book introduces a radical approach: integrating money management with life values, teaching readers to see money as "life energy" and advocating for conscious choices about earning, spending, and saving to maximize fulfilment.

 Making Peace with the Past

we calculate our lifetime earnings and current net worth, confronting our financial history to develop awareness, confidence, and the ability to set meaningful goals free from guilt or shame.

Being in the present, tracking our life energy.Reframes money as a direct trade our own energy, guiding readers to calculate their real hourly wage by considering all the time and costs required to maintain employment.

Where Is It all going here, readers track every cent in and out, organize expenses by category, and translate spending into hours of life energy used, giving clarity and an accurate picture of their true financial behaviour.

Three Questions That Will Transform Your Life

For each spending category, three questions are used to judge fulfilment, values alignment, and future necessity, helping readers discover their true point of “enough” and eliminate unfulfilling expenditures.which can make life energy visible .A wall chart is to be created to visually plot income and expenses over time, making progress toward financial independence tangible and fostering ongoing motivation and reflection.

Valuing Life Energy minimizing spending. The book encourages wise, intentional spending by seeking maximum value per unit of life energy, favouring frugality and fulfilment over mindless consumption and clutter.Maximizing Income.Readers are prompted to align paid work with life purpose and values, exploring ways to increase income that do not come at the expense of meaning, happiness, or integrity.Capital and the Crossover Point.Monthly investment income is tracked separately, aiming for the “Crossover Point”,when passive income covers all living expenses so paid employment becomes optional, and financial independence is achieved.

Managing Your Finances. The final chapter teaches investing conservatively for safe, sustained income, empowering readers to take control and make wise choices that support lasting financial security and personal freedom.

Each chapter builds toward transforming one’s relationship with money, teaching readers not just how to manage finances, but how to live deliberately and find fulfilment beyond consumerism. So if one thinks that money he uses as others money then he is wrong .If he starts thinking that I am the owner and I have only choice then and there he will understand what the author want and how this choice can be used for maximum fulfilment.

Tough times never lasts but Tough people do

“Tough time never lasts, But tough people do” by this book said Robert Schuller.

This time too shall pass formula those who apply this book is an illustration

Life is full of challenges this is known to all, but no difficulty lasts forever that also everyone has seen . Tough people outlast tough times by building inner strength. Problems are not stop signs; they are guides for growth.

Faith in yourself and in a higher purpose gives resilience. Positive thinking creates positive results, even in crises. Every setback carries the seed of an equal or greater opportunity. Persistence is stronger than talent when life tests you.

Don’t magnify problems focus on solutions and possibilities. Attitude determines altitude, and optimistic minds rise higher. Courage is not the absence of fear but moving forward despite it.

Inner calm and prayerful reflection bring clarity in storms. Believe that “this too shall pass” and keep moving ahead. Replace self-pity with self-discipline and action.

Tough people draw strength from hope, purpose, and gratitude. In the end, it’s not the hardship that defines you, it’s how you respond that makes you unbreakable.

Success in life comes not from avoiding hardships but from facing them with courage, faith, and resilience. When we choose optimism over fear, action over self-pity, and persistence over defeat, we turn obstacles into stepping stones. By holding on to hope, nurturing gratitude, and believing that challenges are temporary, we grow stronger with every trial. Remember, tough times never lasts, but we as humans with mental toughness can let it pass.

Human resources wasting

Why Today’s Youth Remain Unemployed – And The Way

Forward

The biggest crisis of this generation is not the lack of degrees, but the lack of skills.

Millions of young people hold certificates, yet fail to secure jobs.

Why? Because employers today look beyond paper qualifications.

They want skill-based experience, not just academic marks.

Gone are the days when a phone call or reference could guarantee a job.

Today’s economy runs on performance, not influence.

The interview formats themselves have changed drastically.

Earlier, questions were routine, predictable, and theoretical.

Now, interviews are task-based, situation-based, and project-driven.

The youth is expected to demonstrate ability, not merely recite answers.

Employers want problem-solvers, not bookish parrots.

They test critical thinking, communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

In other words, soft skills matter as much as technical knowledge.

But most of our education system does not train students in these.

Result: Degrees in hand, but no confidence in real work settings.

This is the root of rising unemployment among educated youth.

Companies demand exposure to projects and practical knowledge.

They want to see how a candidate performs under pressure.

They check leadership qualities, decision-making, and creativity.

Many youths fail here, because they never practiced these skills.

The truth is simple: spoon-feeding days are gone.

One has to prove worth in real time.

Sitting in classrooms, memorizing theories, no longer guarantees a career.

The market rewards doers, not mere knowers.

The solution lies in rebuilding education and training.

Schools must introduce hard training modules early.

Students should practice projects, presentations, and teamwork from the beginning.

Apprenticeship and internships must be compulsory across streams.

Exposure to real work will shape confidence and competence.

Streamwise practical training will connect studies with industry needs.

Youths should also explore entrepreneurship and startups.

Instead of only waiting for jobs, they can create opportunities.

Startups demand innovation, risk-taking, and perseverance.

Even small entrepreneurial attempts build valuable skills.

Internships, even unpaid ones, sharpen abilities and enrich résumés.

Apprenticeships teach discipline and workplace culture.

Freelancing and project-based gigs build portfolios employers respect.

These are stepping stones to secure, meaningful careers.

The world economy is shifting at lightning speed.

Artificial intelligence, automation, and globalization demand flexibility.

Only those who continuously upgrade skills will survive.

Lifelong learning is no longer optional; it is mandatory.

Youth must invest in online courses, certifications, and workshops.

They must polish soft skills: communication, time management, empathy.

They must master tools and technologies relevant to their industry.

A growth mindset is more powerful than a decorated degree.

Unemployment is not always lack of jobs—it is often lack of job-ready skills.

If schools, parents, and youths accept this reality, the gap can be bridged.

The future belongs to those who perform, adapt, and innovate.

Let today’s youth remember: certificates open doors, but skills keep them open.

Talent borrowed

Borrowed or hired talent.

Real talent is a thing of past . Those who sit on top, borrow talent and ideas and project as their own. And The one who is talented not fortunate enough to capitalise on his prowess.Or he lacks the idea of marketing his talent.  They call it resource management. But the poor guys don't comprehend that one can't live on borrowed talent and ideas  for long.As real flowers can't be replaced by artificial flowers. We have seen gold flowers, silver flowers for worship but rarely we see artificial flowers.

Immigrant attitude

Most immigrants come to any country or a state or a place with an entirely different kind of attitude.they like being the underdogs.Very polite, obedient very sincere and fiscally honest.Always ready to grab any job with both hands. They scarcely hesitate to choose good, better or best job. At that moment they are focused like Arjun of Mahabharata epic.Only after making sure their both ends meet fulfillment. Then they struggle for more and more but not going to stop even after their accomplishments of earning rise. They know and actually they believe that they are going to win in every ordeal. They don't waste their time in searching the merits of long term ,short term apportunity.they see this as the land of opportunities. And they knew as people who usually  do not take advantage of free opportunities. Thats the secret of most immigrants who becomes millionaire in a very short span than those locals born and brought up there. Because they want it more. Many come from limited opportunities where they can earn 50 rupee a week and here they earn 50 rupee an hour. They even work at different places for that 'more' as much as their body permits. And when they make it happen while many of us are sitting around crying, whining and complaining. There is no shortage of money or jobs, there is only shortage of will. Some are doing business as symbolic as they can . look at autowallas they will sit there in their auto stand in their Auto do bargain for hours only for one customer without accepting reasonable amount. In the meantime another autowalla will stop in a hurry ask to sit in and auto moves on. The former want one customer with fat charge and he is happy with that for whole day . The later wants to use his time as much as he can with 10 trips or more for customers that is his level and style of earning and happiness in a day . Just imagine who is interested in really business, earning or job.? This is symbolic business it has nothing to do with earning or job need.

End of the world

Few years back there was a news about end of the world. The natural calamity in 2012 will be of such magnitude that no one on earth can survive.little did we know  what it meant was. It was well endorsed by mayans too ,appear a reality  we see end of humanity, integrity patriotism today.
There are four yugas widely accepted in Hinduism. They are :
Satya yug
Treta yug
Dwapara yug
Kal yug
In Satya yug, the figtht was between two worlds (Devalok & Asuralok). Asuralok being the evil, was a different WORLD.
In Treta yug, the fight was between Rama and Ravana. Both rulers from two different COUNTRIES.
In Dwapara yug, the fight was between Pandavas and Kauravas. Both good and evil from the SAME FAMILY.
Kindly note how the evil is getting closer. For example, from a DIFFERENT WORLD to a DIFFERENT COUNTRY to the SAME FAMILY.
Now, know where is the evil in Kaliyug???
It is inside us. Both GOOD AND EVIL LIVE WITHIN. The battle is within us. Who will we give victory to, our inner goodness or the evil within??

Besides degree what is needed the most

 Besides degree Pre-requisites
In todays highly competitive corporate environment hiring young individual is more challenging than employees retention.  Organization prefers those people who are high on both will and skill. What is expected from young aspiring grads or newbies for hiring is besides skill, multi skill ,common sense and above all working with understanding not robotic or mechanical or to some extent as directed. Most have uncommon acumen in different arenas than their working field.
Kirk McDonald, the president of a tech company in New York City, opined in The Wall Street Journals  “Sorry, College Grads, I Probably Won’t Hire You.” He believes most college graduates don’t have the one skill that’s in high demand: computer programming.he has concluded  his view  may be taken as an eye opener and one should concentrate what pre requisites are in demand.don't think to retaliate raising sword because you are the most sensitive lot youth brigade today. have a nap-tol and act accordingly.
Why They fail to deliver and remain stagnated.they are in search of sure success books in the market as they are used to be.They are yet conditioned to be ruled than rule on others. The genext is unable to comprehend the shortcut success and hard earned success. They don't apply their mind to find which side they are . hard earned will fetch them long term Benefits. But their choice will be more the shortcut. Then few equate mediocrity with contentment. Where you want to be in this race you decide. But one thing they must also imbibe in their mind that what is excellent today may not be even good for tomorrow. If They feel that they are candidate to go up the ladder consistently they must shake them self out of a mindset of limited achievement. They don't believe that great people are ordinary people with extra ordinary amount of determination. Today's lot are fortunate enough that information is not scarce. There is an ocean of information or data available in the Internet.only one must tread some extra mile to explore these things.they should ensure what they do is right and correct . They should make this habit believing is good but verification is better. Coaching classes can equip you with various nuances, tricks do,s and don'ts but how you score will entirely centered around you and your skill only.
One instance of skill you can understand better in which active and proactive are names of two employees working in an MNC as executives in sales. Both were graduates and worked very hard. After few years their boss promoted proactive as senior executive leaving active. This Active could not bear and approached with his resignation with a complaint that boss didn't value hardworking executives and only promote those who flatter him. Here the boss knew active is a hard worker, to  show him the difference between him and proactive. He asked active to go and find out anyone selling watermelon in the market ?.Active returned and said yes one there. The boss asked how much per kg?.He went to market to ask and returned to inform boss Rs 12 per kg.boss told active to sit .I will ask the same question to proactive . He called proactive and asked to find out anyone selling watermelon in the market. Proactive returned and said only one person is selling watermelon. It's cost is 12 Rs/kg. For100@10/kg.he has inventory of 340 melons . on the table 58 melons.every melon weighs about 15 kg.bought from south 2 days ago. They are fresh and red good quality. Active was amazed and realised the difference. He decided not to resign but to learn from proactive. My dear future entrepreneurs a more successful person is more observant, Think more and understand in depth. It is not necessary that you scored cricket century after centuries  in your school or college hence will hit everywhere. This pitch is altogether newly laid for you . Go through some past players history they started as batsman scored tons in first class cricket then ended up as bowler till today. Some applied different strategy adapted themselves to the conditions succeeded. If you agree for such upheavals and ordeals think ahead. For the same matter.

A most successful sees several years ahead.while you see only tomorrow. The difference between an year a day is 365 times.what is your take and win.think how far is your foresight.how thoughtful in depth are you ? Is Market me jo tikta hai wohi bikta hai.Demand is of those who remain undaunted to these bumps and blows.

Practical laws

Murphy's Laws which you have not studied

The time taken by a wife when she says I'll get ready in 5 min is exactly equal to the time taken by husband when he says 'I'll call you in 5 min!
In a Queue:
If you change queues, the one you have left will start to move faster than the one you are in now.
When you dial a wrong number, you never get a busy tone
After your hands become coated with grease, your nose will begin to itch.
Any tool, when dropped, will roll to the least accessible corner.
When the body is immersed in water, the telephone rings.
The probability of meeting someone you know increases when you are with someone you don't want to be seen with.
When you try to prove to someone that a machine won't work, it will.
The severity of the itch is inversely proportional to the reach.
People with the seats at the farthest from the entry arrive last.
As soon as you sit down for a cup of hot coffee, your boss will ask you to do something which will
last until the coffee is cold.
After you accept a proposal you will get a better one...

Levels of thought

There are 4 levels of thoughts  which determine our ability to achieve or perform.

First there is level of utter impossibility.where we don't even consider trying. Next is the level of doubt, where at least 51% of our being says that we don't think we can do it and so we tend not to try. Third the level of hope when at least 51% says I think I can! May be!.Once you get a "maybe" you are much more apt to try, Finally there is the level of certainty, when the mind says " we can definitely achieve the goal",rises tremendously.

We did't have

Don't know how many would agree....We are tough people because we had experience of tough times. If you are born between 1950-1989, then you are the blessed ones...
We are the awesome people. Our life is a living proof. We were never treated like  a pack of animals to carry our books to school. While playing and riding bicycle,we never bothered to wear helmets. After school time we played until its dusk but never glued to watch T.V by locking up ourselves in a room.We played only with our real friends, not with NET, Whatsapp or Facebook friends. If we ever felt thirsty, we used to drink tap water but never searched for bottled water . We use to play football in rain in muddy ground we injured our body umpteen times but never gave up. We never got ill even after sharing the same juice with our friends. We were never put on weight even after eating plate full of sweets and rice everyday. Nothing happened to our feet even after roaming bare foot.We never used any health supplements to keep ourselves healthy. We used to create our own toys and play with them. Our parents were not rich, they never ran behind money and wealth. They just searched for and gave only love.. not any worldly materials. We stayed nearby to them so that they can communicate with us. Just one word by them was enough to communicate. hence we never required any mobile phones to communicate. We never visited doctor when we got ill but the doctor visited us during our illness. We never used to share our emotions just by emoticons in mobile phones. We used to listen to the truth and voice of our conscience and used to write those things only in the letters, hence we never used to change our words. We never had cellphones, DVDs, Play stations, XBoxes, video games, Personal computers, internet, chat but we had many real friends. We used to visit our friend's home uncalled and enjoyed food with them. We never had to call them and ask their permission to visit their home.Relatives were near to us so our hearts and souls were happy.
We may have been in Black and White photos but you can find good colourful memories in those photos........

laws of learning

The laws of learning
The process of learning is always the same no matter what the subject. What the age, whether you are learning to drive a car,  machines operation, doing yoga or play any game or think in a positive manner. First we fumble and bumble as our subconscious mind learns by trial, and yet every time we come back to our practicing, it gets easier, and we do it a little better. Of course we were not "perfect " the very first day . We did everything what ever we could do . that was good enough for a start . say to yourself often, "I am doing the best I can. "The law or rules of learning if not followed well the result will be gloomy , and fatal. We want to skip this and brood later.when we're driving a vehicle on road we are cautious, we respect law or rules of the road to avoid mishaps. We get irritated and spontaneously display it .I noticed this on several occassion i appeared angriest man .When i introspected how could others ignore and avoid this and   i fail to do so.The solution was i was not good at driving during those days.To hide my insecurity i was behaving like that. Now i am good enough to manage these hiccups and hence able to ignore and avoid like others.

We are used to this phrase and staunch believer too . We see day in and day out in every walks of our life.we fail to protect the things when we have ample time. When things going favourable no one show any concern about it . when any untoward incident occur then the blaming game begins . look at the sequence of disasters, train accidents, the fringe comments by irresponsible so called netas. They spit first then next day lick. Insane insignificant rhetoric they pass on every now and then to attract media attention but none can be tamed this is freedom of expression. They have one alibi in common. "My comments are misrepresented.

Why much ado? about

Where we are heading ?
People are happy and cordial and better know their duty and their obligation as a  citizen.  but oflate the social media which was expected to be a communicator between govt and comman man has turned into a debate ground sans moderators or checks. unfortunately the so called saviours of democracy religion and other are the prime culprits who are umpiring the game and the players are common men. They make news and blow it out of proportion to create emotional unrest which is in their parlance called awareness. Politicians grab this opportunity with both hands and start their own narratives. If people are United as they are then these anti social and evil designs can be subjugated and designers will get set back.  They have polluted the over enthusiastic ,carefree intelligent and fear free youth's mind with hatred and divide and ill conceived knowledge feedings for their selfish motives. We all are equally responsible for such menace. No religious book propagate to hate others on caste, creed, sect, language, colour and nationality scale . Every sacred gospel and religious testament ask for love as all are humans. All are global citizens creation of  supreme commanders of every religion or group on this earth . Everyone is entitled to have his or her say ,eat, live and enjoy his or her freedom. Now every one trying to define and interpret  this freedom to suit their own interest this is causing turbidity in crystal clear water.Onus lies on us to revisit these sacred  verses perhaps we failed miserably to deduce or decode the just meaning.
All of us are keen to maintain good and harmonious relations. It is the political class who are vitiating the peaceful atmosphere of the country for their own political gains to remain in power by being so indifferent and insensitive .They are least bothered about people dying because of these heartless senseless infighting. They have nothing to do with the country's harmony or peace their goal is their nefarious activities and business. Hindus and muslims are not the problem but the fanatic class of our society and religious leaders!  I still wonder why people should follow these rogues ! I say we in India are a population of billions.Diversity is our strength,it is  in our culture not of today but from generation to generation.don't turn this into weakness. There is no point in fighting against one another. On one side we are consistently coming up with new initiatives to foster growth and development in the country. Our pm has been enthusiastic about the start-up revolution and his recent 'StartUp India Stand Up India' campaign is a testament to his belief in the incredible growth potential of entrepreneurship in the country.we should come out of such narrow walls and contribute in building better and brighter india.
our history is replete with such umpteen instances where we faced various challenges unitedly setting aside our likings and loathing  for one cause that is India or Bharat. These gimmicks are testing moments to stir us.Instead we should engage our energy to fight to become a superpower, against corruption and of course many more other issues which we only can find solutions . If we don't want to be a part of solutions then we are the problem. Choice is our's. some fringe and fundamentalists elements are there in all groups which no one can deny.
In fact rather than this we need to respect each others faith. There are few good things happening some where around which are in social media, but major threat is dislike of others faith. Well it is not necessary for a hindu to read kuran or other religion and for a muslim to recite aartis or a buddist to read bible  or a Sikh brothers to read books on Jainism  to show that we are secular. It is sufficient to show solidarity by just respecting each other's faith, thats it. All should follow their respective worship or whatever they call it keeping in mind that their act do not disturb or put into any  incovenience to others. And the elements which are breaking it's head with headlines to break us. If we apply our own mind instead of borrowed one then no force on earth can fancy  any such adventures in this Wonderland India.

India in the eyes of the World

When US president George Bush once asked Bill Gates, Why are you recruiting foreign engineers particularly from India. He replied if I will not do this they will make another Microsoft in India. Imagine how the world is viewing India as a threat to their business. We are unable to unearth our own potential. Instead we feel pride in engaging our potential in petty politics and trivial issues. Why the entire world's perception altered not because of any party or group or ideology but altogether the consistent hard work of our engineers, IT professionals , Doctors , scientists and other discipline Indians. Right from a cab driver to highest paid Indian origin CEOS of various companies.working professionals in pentagon in various capacities. They are the ones who toiled tirelessly and kept no stones upturned to make us feel proud today. They played sincerely to whatever way they were asked to perform.Dr.APJ has rightly quoted in his inspirational book " Ignited mind" why Indians excel in their work when they go overseas ?. Because they never work solo there. The book which is primarily addressed for youths of this nation. He has also pointed about cynicism which we have on numerous frontiers." This is a unique characteristics of our country to belittle our capabilities. It may even be genetic. ".He emphatically stated that India can design, develop and produce any type of missiles and any type of Nuclear weapons. This is a capability only four countries in the world have".If we are closely able to follow or interested to make abreast of the day to day events in this country ,we are exploring consistently on various missions flawlessly. We has, not had said In one video lecture a spiritual guru Mr Khurshed Batliwala an IITian and maths gold medalist from Mumbai that India was the only producer of Zinc metal worldover.Only our country had the Technic about Zinc distillation some 4000 years ago. Chinese stole from us and British stole from Chinese. We are pioneers in the world in making rust proof Iron.An iron pillar built some thousands years ago in front of kutub minarets is a testimony to it . another pillar built in some 2400 years ago is in kolluru near Bangalore is still unrusted. We could not figure out the composition till today or the reason behind its non degradation. He further reiterated that the amount of knowledge, wealth and history this country has was phenomenal. This was systematically destroyed by the British when they came here. They rewrote our History so that when they left they left us with a legacy of being ashamed of our own culture and tradition. That is what they wanted and our genext is unknowingly following in the name of flexibility and modernization.
Today the World is watching India not only as a place to market their product or products due to our population but also want to keep an eye on its progress and achievements. And the magnitude of impact on their business if any.

Wasting assets of India's human capital untapped reserve

In a nation celebrated for its "demographic dividend," a strange paradox is unfolding. Millions of our brightest and most capable young people—our greatest human resource—are willingly sitting unemployed. They are a vast, untapped reserve of capital, their potential locked away for years while they chase the elusive dream of a sarkari naukri (government job).
While the government rolls out massive initiatives like the Mudra Loan scheme and Skill India, the pull of a government job remains so strong that the world of entrepreneurship—from joining a local MSME to opening a franchise of a brand like Haldiram's or KFC—is often ignored. This isn't just a personal loss for the individual; it's a colossal waste of human capital for the family, society, and the nation as a whole.
The Causes: Why the 'Sarkari' Dream Persists
This mindset is not born from laziness, but from deeply ingrained social and cultural beliefs.
The Illusion of Security: For generations, a government job meant a stable salary, a pension, and absolute job security. This narrative has been passed down as gospel, teaching us to fear failure in business, which is perceived as the ultimate gamble.
Social Status and Family Honor: In many communities, a government clerk commands more respect than the owner of a profitable local business. The job is a badge of honor, and the pressure to secure this "respect" often overshadows practical financial sense. On top of it facing the burnt of relatives, friends and self styled free mentor's unwarranted cursings. The trauma of societal hammers of being jobless is more painful to handle any challenge hence youth needs to ponder over on this aspect.
A Limited View of Business: We often think of "business" in terms of corporate giants like Ambani or Tata. We fail to recognize that the local dealership owner, the successful restaurant franchisee, and even the popular neighborhood tea seller are all entrepreneurs. We dismiss the power and scalability of starting small.
The Information and Trust Gap: Despite government schemes, there's a lack of practical, local-language guidance. Many young people don't know how to navigate the paperwork for a Mudra loan or how to develop a viable business plan. The bridge between policy and grassroots implementation remains weak.
The True Cost of Waiting: A Nation's Potential on Hold
When our youth spend their most productive years preparing for exams with astonishingly low success rates, the cost is immense:
Wasted Human Capital: The most energetic, creative, and risk-taking years of a person's life are lost to rote learning instead of practical application. This is capital that is neither invested nor generating returns for the individual or the country.
Skill Atrophy: While waiting, existing skills decay, and no new practical skills are acquired. The economy moves forward, but the individual stands still.
Economic Stagnation: An unemployed individual is a net negative on the economy—not earning, not spending, not innovating, and not contributing to the nation's growth.
The Solution: Modernizing Skills and Mindsets
Changing a mindset that is generations old requires a multi-pronged approach, modernizing not just our thinking but also our approach to skill development.
Redefine Success and Celebrate New Heroes:
Showcase Local Entrepreneurs: We must glorify the stories of local business owners as much as we do civil servants. Media and social platforms need to create new role models—the woman who used a Mudra loan to start a tech-repair shop, the team that built a successful online business from their village.
Integrate Entrepreneurship into Education: Schools and colleges must teach entrepreneurship as a practical and respectable career path, not just a chapter in a textbook.
Modernize Skill Development for the New Economy:
Upgrade ITIs and Apprenticeships: Traditional Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and apprenticeship programs are crucial but often outdated. They need a radical overhaul to move beyond conventional trades.
Introduce Future-Ready Skills: These training centers must become hubs for the new economy. Courses should focus on high-demand areas like digital marketing, e-commerce management, app development, and, crucially, the practical application of AI in small businesses. Imagine training youth to become AI consultants for local MSMEs, helping them optimize inventory, marketing, and customer service.
Bridge the Trust and Knowledge Gap with Technology:
Hyperlocal Mentorship Networks: Create platforms that connect aspiring youths with successful local entrepreneurs. A "buddy system" can provide the practical guidance and confidence that a government website cannot.
AI-Powered Guidance: Develop simple, AI-driven tools in local languages that can help individuals create a business plan, understand loan eligibility, and navigate the registration process step-by-step.
A Call to Action for the Youth:
See Yourself as Capital: Recognize that your time, energy, and ideas are your greatest assets. Are you investing them wisely or letting them depreciate?
Start Small, Learn Fast: You don't need a massive investment to begin. The experience gained from even a small venture is more valuable than years spent with an exam guidebook.
Re-evaluate Risk: What is truly riskier? Spending five years unemployed with a 0.1% chance of landing a government job, or spending those five years building a small enterprise where you learn, earn, and grow every single day?
The future of India will not be written by job seekers alone; it will be built by job creators. The opportunities are here, and the tools of the new economy are more accessible than ever. It's time to unlock our nation's vast human capital by looking beyond the mirage of the sarkari naukri and empowering our youth to build their own futures.
