No nurture

We are conditioned to accept "No" and say No. This is imposed on us on our each and every  activity in our  every essays since our childhood.Hence a small achievement is big for us.we restrict our child to excel while constrained from all sides called comfort zone.we even break the barriers of law to help, guide knowing fully well it is unlawful and unwise.we try to help like butterfly parable in which child wanted to help the young one to come out of its cocoon.as it struggled to squeeze its body through a tiny hole.it struggled for some time when exhausted it stopped.we in our kindness to help did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required to get through the opening was nature's way of training. for strengthening its wings for a lifetime of flight.are we not robbing them of many lessons of  life teaches through adversity.?
If one want to be a swimmer he has to dive in be it well, pond, lake or a swimming pool. Do we have that temerity to free him or her even in front of us.? Most of us don't have including me. I use to drive some 18 kms. to reach my work place. On my way there was big pond now called Futala lake.Daily i was tempted to learn swimming seeing most of the children living near by learned and enjoyed there.my friend my travel partner C.K.Jain also thought we will take a dip.one day we started early and reached the spot.just when we were about to take plunge into, my friend noticed water was full of mud.no this side is not good next day we will try from other side. and we dropped the idea for next day.next day we went to the other side. but to unnerve our inflated enthusiasm we found the side was surrounded by water snakes.our dream shattered and gave up the idea of swimming.it took nearly 3 years to conceive that idea of learning. Daily we witnessed people taking bath some boys swimming.but we failed to ignore the impediments which were not hurdles at all.one of the former minister also shri Anees Ahmad   was daily swimmer their and he was a swimming champion too. That we knew very well.we have seen his dedication and passion for that. But we have only found some or other elibies.
‘No! You can’t do that.’
‘No! You are wrong.’
‘No! You are too old.’
‘No! You are too young.’
‘No! You are too weak.’
No! You will get hurt. '
‘No! It will never work.’
‘No! You don’t have the education.’
‘No! You are not suppose to do.’
‘No! You don’t have the money.’
‘No! It can’t be done.
No!’in my case same happened this water is filthy and unhygenic.for swimming
And each ‘No!’ you hear has the potential to erode your confidence bit by bit until you quit all together.

Though the world says, ‘No!’ to you today, you should be determined to say, ‘Yes!’ and prove it! ”says most of motivational speaker for confidence boost.

who is creating unrest?

Tolerance is the prime tool which every Indian used and was using being a country of peace, love equality,  prosperity ,morality, ethics, good manners, etiquette, honesty, patriotism, respect for all,/all religions and above all humanity for mankind. This is evident that so far you are bound or abide by these ingredients of any society you need not to explain what you are and your ideology is . Few may laugh at my statement, they are entitled to.Some may criticise, they are free to ,it is our fundamental right enshrined in the Indian Constitution . Some modern models may argue where on this earth we will find these applied cited terms. We have changed to modern era! What we call the modern Indian civilization has been nourished and developed by multiracial contributions. From times immemorial, diverse races migrated into India by via various routes and got themselves settled here. In course of time they are absolutely absorbed and gracefully accepted in India’s social life.!Modern !Indians changed ?. No my friends nothing has changed.Only our perception prism seems to have changed. The way of seeing other human being has changed. We see them with their religion, caste, creed, clan, colour, language etc etc. But we don't view them as indians and only indians. Now how our measuring scale changes when we are in Silicon Valley or in any other countries our identity become Indians regardless of all these barriers. No indian Muslim, Indian Hindu, Indian Sikh or indian Christian. Further indian Brahmin, Indian Dalit. But the moment we land on mothorland or home land we are known with variants in identity. Similarly with fellow muslim and other religion's will see the identical similarities. The diversity is our culture and  strength. It has become an integral part of life,  with this notion we are taught and we grew up.The true pictures can be had from the rural area or from a govt. or company employees residential quarters, here this unity in diversity is in practice in words and spirit. In the present scenario can we introspect that these things are obsolete and no one follow or bothered about. Then you are altogether ignorant or straight landed from another planet. If anyone is a fb (Facebook) or Whatsapp enthusiast or a keen observer of the trend. Will see the people have not changed yet. Beautiful instances of humanity and with other motivating inspiring posts  enlighten our staid and stale life on daily basis. Are they from different land ? When you call a society ,No society is immune to these evils. Just like computer entered into our life. Virus too followed with it.Some miscreants have planned propaganda skillfully to influence public opinion. They knew very well that clever and persistent use of this media the people's mind can be very effectively biased in favour of or against anything. To distinguish fact from fables behind this blinding smokescreen of propaganda is also an uphill task for the poor illiterate mass to be easy prey for them. In this maze of propaganda the common man often finding it impossible to disentangle right from wrong or justice from injustice. Hence when masses of the people are sufficiently educated to judge instantly what the undercurrent motives is, then they will themselves refuse to fall an easy victim to this hype as it may be.India is a unique mosaic of cultures. India is, in fact, a panorama of its own types unmatched to any.Cultures and religions have made India’s culture tolerant, on the one side, and a unique continuing and living culture on the other side. Those who are supposed to be part of solution are found in the que they are the real problem.

Why me syndrome

History is not lacking in instances of statements that no human being is immune to this menace.our social life councillors sometimes add fuel to it. Their sermons time to time substantiate this notion further. But very few who negotiate it with great valour and overcome astonishingly. Here’s vivid experience. When first black Wimbledon tennis champion Arthur ashe was ill and was confined to bed.He was flooded with wishes and few who visited to give him get well soon cards and flowers, even prayed for his recovery. Some of them consoled him and asked him to pray to Almighty and ask Him why he was chosen to fight with this dreadful disease. ?He replied in this manner. In entire globe 5 crore children play Tennis. 50 lakhs learn to play Tennis,5 lakhs are able to play professional Tennis, out of which 50,000 earn a place in a Team, 500 participate in a Grand Slam events, 50 reaches to Wimbledon, 4 play semifinals, 2 get chance to play Final, when I held the cherished Wimbledon trophy I did not ask the Almighty why I only was given this opportunity:- When you suffer you ask, “why me?” When you prosper, you never ask “Why me?”.

Swamy Vivekananda birthday

Swamy Vivekanand (Narendranath Dutta)

Today Nation celebrates birthday of great religious leader Swamy Vivekananda. "Sisters and Brothers of America" these 5 simple words earned him an inexplicable rapture and a standing ovation of 3 minutes. It was attended by more than 7000 leaders. This was Chicago address in World parliament of Religions in September 1893.His propagation of "Wasudeva kutumbakam" explained Indian culture which believe entire universe is our family. If the Whole World is our family then we are related to and have relations with all the occupants of this Universe the very purpose of being is related to People, Animals, Nature and Environment surrounding us . The purpose of existence will get defeated if we don't relate. Our true nationality is Mankind.

My Smart city

My Smart city means very simple and limited. The prerequisites I don't know and unwilling to involve myself in academic rigmarole. I know a smart approach, a smart thinking, a smart vision, a smart planning and a smart implementation may be the need.
India is ranked 136th among 186 countries on HDI (Human Development Index.)
l am ready to compromise with other things than these.
If it has
·         24×7 water supply & electricity.
·         100% Sewerage, Drainage solid waste management facilities.
·         Smart Governance.
·         Smart mobility.
·         Smart Environment.
·         Smart ecology.
·         Smart energy efficiency.
·         Smart hygiene & sanitation.
·         Smart Roads.
·         Not healthy hospitals but hospital for the health care & affordable treatment.
·         And smart administration & with services only.
Though I will remain as I am but my city must be smart enough.

Pennywise pound foolish

Its only one rupee which multiplies into crores without being noticed by common man . It may be to show off that it lowers our dignity.for a mere one rupee no one like to make mountain of a mole hill.but one of my thinkers disclosure surprised me by his airthmatics .most of us leave change when it is less than 5 rupee from the supermarket or from any other shop nearby.but we never imagine how much it matters.
Suppose 500 people visit Bigbazaar daily. No one collects change of one rupee.
500×1 rupee= RS 500.
For 365 days, 500×365 = RS1,82,500
This is from ONE Bigbazaar MARKET.
There are 1500 Bigbazaar markets in the country.
RS 1,82,500×1500 = RS 273,750,000
27crore per year.
& the worst part about this is, IT'S NOT EVEN TAXABLE because the bill doesn't count the one rupee, remember?

Happiest creature

A crow lived in the forest and was absolutely satisfied in life. But one day he saw a swan.
"This swan is so white," he thought, "and I am so black. This swan must be the happiest bird in the world."
He expressed his thoughts to the swan.
"Actually," the swan replied, "I was feeling that I was the happiest bird around until I saw a parrot, which has two Colours. I now think the parrot is the happiest bird in creation."

The crow then approached the parrot. The parrot explained, "I lived a very happy life until I saw a peacock. I have only two colours, but the peacock has multiple colours."
The crow then visited a peacock in the zoo and saw that hundreds of people had gathered to see him. After the people had left, the crow approached the peacock.
"Dear peacock," the crow said, "you are so beautiful. Every day thousands of people come to see you. When people see me, they immediately shoot me away. I think you are the happiest bird on the planet." The peacock replied, "I always thought that I was the most beautiful and happy bird on the planet. But because of my beauty, I am entrapped in this zoo. I have examined the zoo very carefully, and I have realized that the crow is the only bird not kept in a cage. So for past few days I have been thinking that if I were a crow, I could roam everywhere."
we always underestimate our virtue and overestimate others.every happy creature is unhappy in its own way.
